Position Overview
Entry-Level Field Service Technician
Location:
Honolulu, HI (Field-Based | Territory Near You)
Are you looking to start a hands-on career in a growing technology industry? We’re looking for an Entry-Level Field Service Technician to join our service team in the Honolulu area. This is a field position supporting customers throughout Honolulu and surrounding communities.
Paid training is provided—no prior technician experience required!
Compensation: $20–$25 per hour (DOE)
What You’ll Do
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain office equipment such as copiers, printers, and multifunction devices
Provide high-quality technical support to customers in the field
Communicate clearly with customers to ensure a positive service experience
Diagnose and resolve unique technical issues
Manage your time, daily service calls, and assigned territory efficiently
What We’re Looking For
Mechanical and electrical aptitude
Experience with Canon, Ricoh, HP, Xerox, or similar equipment is a plus
Strong computer skills are a plus
A problem-solver who enjoys hands-on work and customer interaction
