Job Overview
Responsible for leading and coordinating the installation team on a project level from start to finish. Responsible for on-site customer communication and service, as well as maintaining the Systemcenter brand integrity.
Key Responsibilities Manage customer relations and communication effectively.Manage installation team on-site, including final equipment checks, coordinating with Project Manager or Installation Manager, completing all installation details, check-in/out with customer representatives, and post-job communication.Maintain professionalism on and off the customer site for yourself and technicians.Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and installation sequencing skills.Read and interpret floor plans.Exhibit responsibility, honesty, high character, thoroughness, and attention to detail.Perform duties of Installation Technician I & II as needed.Manage full project responsibilities, including technical knowledge, training, and customer service.Move and install furniture and systems, including disassembly, reconfiguration, and assembly of modular and systems furniture.Identify and repair existing furniture damage.Complete special projects and other assigned duties.Represent the company professionally on-site with customers.Be punctual and ready to work when scheduled.Communicate respectfully and professionally with co-workers and managers.Qualifications
Pass background checks and drug screening.Occasional out-of-town travel and overtime may be required.Valid driver’s license with a clean record; ability to drive company vehicles.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Mechanically inclined and interested in assembly and building.Ability to work independently with limited supervision.Ability to lift 50 lbs.Characteristics
