• Perform skilled construction work supporting Hawaii Works' self-performed concrete and utility installation projects. This position performs trade work, including formwork, concrete placement, concrete repairs, and pipe installation, while maintaining productivity, quality, and safety standards.

• Main responsibilities
  • Perform work according to construction plans and specifications
  • Maintain quality workmanship and craftsmanship standards
  • Work safely and follow company safety procedures
  • Support daily production goals set by the Foreman
  • Maintain tools and equipment in good condition
  • Assist with layout and measurements when required
  • Maintain a clean and organized jobsite
• Assignments are directed by the Foreman. Additional duties may be assigned as needed to support project success.

• Experience in civil, concrete, or utility construction preferred
• Ability to read basic construction drawings preferred
• Ability to operate construction tools and equipment safely
• Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions

Hawaii Works is seeking a high-performing Civil Construction Foreman to lead field crews on demolition, excavation, utilities, and concrete projects across Oahu.

This role is ideal for a hands‑on leader who takes pride in running a productive crew and building quality work safely and efficiently. You will work directly with the Superintendent and Project Manager to execute projects ranging from $50,000 to $3,000,000, including government and commercial work.
