High-Visibility Fuels Superintendent opportunity with a rapidly growing construction firm building large-scale fueling and energy centers across Hawaii and the Western U.S. This role is travel‑heavy; per diem and housing are fully covered on Hawaii projects. The position leads complex field operations from dirt work through turnover and requires hands‑on experience with underground fuel storage tank installation and removal, C‑store or casino fueling buildouts, and coordination across subcontractors, inspectors, and jurisdictions.
Salary: $110,000 – $140,000 per year.

Responsibilities- Develop a schedule and cost‑effective plan for the completion of assigned projects.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to create pre‑construction estimates and budgets for materials and labor.
- Lay out full‑scale drawings of pipe systems, supports, and related equipment.
- Coordinate and schedule the work activities of tradespeople, professionals, and laborers, communicating instructions and project assignments.
- Inspect work for quality and timeliness; prepare progress reports and recommend necessary modifications.
- Obtain required permits and licenses; execute construction contracts in accordance with terms of agreement.
- Monitor budget throughout the project and communicate any variances.
- Maintain records related to job costs and inventory and submit to appropriate parties.
- Cut, thread, and hammer pipe to specifications using tools such as saws, cutting torches, pipe threaders, and benders.
- Modify, clean, and maintain pipe systems, units, fittings, and related equipment following specifications and using hand and power tools.
- Follow company safety guidelines and use appropriate protective equipment; communicate safety concerns with the safety representative.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Valid Driver’s License/CDL required.
- 5+ years of experience operating equipment, working with grades, and reading blueprints.
- Experience with underground fuel piping for gas stations.
- Supervisory experience within the construction industry required.
- ICC Certification to handle, install, and test both underground and above‑ground piping preferred.
