About the RoleWe’re seeking skilled and dedicated Marine Welders to support critical welding operations on U.S. Navy submarines in beautiful Honolulu. This is a hands‑on, mission‑driven role where precision, safety, and craftsmanship are paramount. If you thrive in high‑stakes environments and take pride in supporting national defense, we want you on our team.
Key Responsibilities- Perform structural and pipe welding on submarine hulls and internal systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding procedures
- Operate welding equipment including MIG, TIG, and stick welders
- Conduct inspections and ensure welds meet Navy and industry standards
- Work in confined spaces and adhere to strict safety protocols
- Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams
- Proven experience in marine or industrial welding (submarine or shipyard experience a plus)
- Proficiency in various welding techniques and materials (carbon steel, stainless steel, etc.)
- Ability to pass weld certification tests (NAVSEA standards preferred)
- Comfortable working in tight quarters and variable conditions
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Active or previous Secret Clearance highly preferred
- Transitioning military personnel with welding or shipfitting experience
- Prior work in Navy shipyards or submarine maintenance
- Familiarity with military protocols and standards

Permanent position based out of Honolulu, HI.
Pay and BenefitsPay range: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour. Benefits for eligible candidates include:
