We’re seeking skilled and dedicated Marine Welders to support critical welding operations on U.S. Navy submarines in beautiful Honolulu. This is a hands‑on, mission‑driven role where precision, safety, and craftsmanship are paramount. If you thrive in high‑stakes environments and take pride in supporting national defense, we want you on our team.

• Perform structural and pipe welding on submarine hulls and internal systems
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding procedures
• Operate welding equipment including MIG, TIG, and stick welders
• Conduct inspections and ensure welds meet Navy and industry standards
• Work in confined spaces and adhere to strict safety protocols
• Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams

• Proven experience in marine or industrial welding (submarine or shipyard experience a plus)
• Proficiency in various welding techniques and materials (carbon steel, stainless steel, etc.)
• Ability to pass weld certification tests (NAVSEA standards preferred)
• Comfortable working in tight quarters and variable conditions
• U.S. Citizenship required
• Active or previous Secret Clearance highly preferred

• Transitioning military personnel with welding or shipfitting experience
• Prior work in Navy shipyards or submarine maintenance
• Familiarity with military protocols and standards

Permanent position based out of Honolulu, HI.

Pay range: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour. Benefits for eligible candidates include:
