** We are seeking reliable and motivated
** Landscape Installation Crew Members
** to join our growing team. You`ll assist with the installation of high-quality outdoor environments for residential and commercial projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about working outdoors and building exceptional landscapes with a team-oriented company.
** Responsibilities
* ** Installation of trees, shrubs, sod, mulch, and hardscape elements
* Operate hand tools and small equipment such as shovels, rakes, blowers, or skid steers
* Support irrigation setup and repair work as needed
* Maintain clean, safe worksites and equipment
* Follow direction from Managers, Foremen and Crew Leaders to ensure quality and efficiency
* Participate in loading/unloading materials and cleaning job sites
* Uphold all company safety and PPE standards
** Qualifications
* ** 3+ year of professional landscaping or outdoor labor experience preferred
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work in all weather conditions
* Strong understanding and knowledge of landscape materials and installation processes
* Valid driver`s license and reliable transportation required
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Able to lead and assist with training team members
* Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail
