CBRE Government & Defense - - Responsibilities:
Maintain, repair and troubleshoot Building Automation Systems (BAS) and HVACR equipment;
Troubleshoot, repair and program DDC, BAS, and VFD sensors and mechanical devices;
Read and interpret wiring diagrams and schematics for electrical troubleshooting;
Complete required paperwork (time sheets, parts orders) and coordinate with team for deadlines;
Maintain cleanliness of work spaces and support maintenance team as needed
