This recruitment will be used to establish a list of qualified applicants to fill current vacancies and may be used to fill future vacancies as they occur.
Duties SummaryPerforms skilled plumbing work in the repair, maintenance and installation of plumbing systems and equipment; and performs other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualification RequirementsLegal authorization to work:
State of Hawaii requires all applicants to be citizens, nationals, or permanent residents of the United States, or eligible under federal law for unrestricted employment in the United States.
- State of Hawaii Plumber License – must possess a valid State of Hawaii Journey Worker Plumber License or Master Plumber License at the time of application.
- Driver’s License – some positions require possession of a valid driver’s license at the time of appointment; the immediate vacancy has this requirement.
- Lifting and carrying – requires lifting and carrying loads up to 100 pounds without assistance, or using equipment for heavier loads.
