We are looking for an entry-level field service technician to join our team in Honolulu. This role supports customers throughout the area.

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain office equipment such as copiers, printers, and multifunction devices.
• Provide high-quality technical support to customers in the field.
• Communicate clearly with customers to ensure a positive service experience.
• Diagnose and resolve unique technical issues.
• Manage your time, daily service calls, and assigned territory efficiently.

• Mechanical and electrical aptitude.
• Experience with Canon, Ricoh, HP, Xerox, or similar equipment is a plus.
• Strong computer skills are a plus.
• Problem-solver who enjoys hands-on work and customer interaction.

$20–$25 per hour (DOE).
