Position Overview
Entry-Level Field Copier Service Technician
Location:
Honolulu, HI (Field-Based | Territory Near You)
Are you looking to start a hands-on career in a growing technology industry? Were looking for an Entry-Level Field Service Technician to join our service team in the Honolulu area. This is a field position supporting customers throughout Honolulu and surrounding communities.
Paid training is provided no prior technician experience required!
Compensation: $20 $ 25 per hour (DOE)
What Youll Do
* Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain office equipment such as copiers, printers, and multifunction devices
* Provide high-quality technical support to customers in the field
* Communicate clearly with customers to ensure a positive service experience
* Diagnose and resolve unique technical issues
* Manage your time, daily service calls, and assigned territory efficiently
What Were Looking For
* Mechanical and electrical aptitude
* Experience with Canon, Ricoh, HP, Xerox, or similar equipment is a plus
* Strong computer skills are a plus
* A problem-solver who enjoys hands-on work and customer interaction
