Plumbing Supervisor I – Pearl City
Supervising quality plumbing from the ground up.
Responsibilities- Supervise plumbing work involving the installation, maintenance and repair of water, gas, drainage, and sewer systems and necessary fittings and accessories.
- Plan, assign, and inspect the work of subordinates.
- Estimate cost, material, and labor requirements on new installations and repair work.
- Keep records of materials, supplies, and work performed.
- Prepare reports and read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
- Heavy lifting and carrying.
- May be required to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Will serve as a Disaster Response Worker during declared emergencies.

Experience: Experience and/or training of sufficient scope and quality to show competence in plumbing work involving the installation, maintenance and repair of water, gas, drainage, and sewer systems and necessary fittings and accessories in buildings and structures.
Applicable
Skills:
- Knowledge of plumbing supervision principles and best practices.
- Understanding of plumbing methods, materials, tools, and system operations.
- Familiarity with plumbing laws, codes, ordinances, and State Department of Health regulations.
- Ability to lead teams effectively, maintain positive working relationships, communicate clearly through oral and written instructions, and maintain and prepare records and reports.
