Journeyman Lineman Supervisor

We are recruiting for an experienced Journey Lineman Supervisor to lead utility line crews in Hawaii.

This role will oversee overhead and underground line construction, maintenance, troubleshooting, outage restoration, and field crew operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong journeyman lineman background with experience leading crews safely and efficiently in the field.

• Supervising line crews on distribution and/or transmission work
• Coordinating daily field activities, materials, equipment, and schedules
• Supporting outage restoration, emergency response, and trouble work
• Ensuring safety, quality, and utility construction standards are followed
• Mentoring linemen, apprentices, and field personnel
• Working with project managers, operations, dispatch, and utility customers

• Journeyman Lineman certification or equivalent experience
• Prior foreman, lead lineman, general foreman, or supervisor experience
• Strong knowledge of overhead/underground utility systems
• Experience with switching, grounding, energized work, and field safety practices
• CDL preferred
