Landscape Install Worker

We are seeking reliable and motivated Landscape Installation Crew Members to join our growing team. You`ll assist with the installation of high-quality outdoor environments for residential and commercial projects. • Installation of trees, shrubs, sod, mulch, and hardscape elements
• Operate hand tools and small equipment such as shovels, rakes, blowers, or skid steers
• Support irrigation setup and repair work as needed
• Maintain clean, safe worksites and equipment
• Follow direction from Managers, Foremen and Crew Leaders to ensure quality and efficiency
• Participate in loading/unloading materials and cleaning job sites
• Uphold all company safety and PPE standards

• 3+ year of professional landscaping or outdoor labor experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work in all weather conditions
• Strong understanding and knowledge of landscape materials and installation processes
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Able to lead and assist with training team members
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail

• Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
• Able to work Saturdays when needed, and during emergencies
