Job Summary
Performs routine manual and semi‑skilled tasks and assists a building maintenance worker or a skilled building tradesperson in building maintenance and repair work relevant to the carpentry, plumbing, painting, and electrical trades, and performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications- Legal authorization to work: U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident alien, or eligible non‑immigrant.
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in building maintenance repair work or related training.
- Valid driver’s license for positions that require a vehicle.
- Forklift certification within 6 months of hire.
