This position is ideal for candidates who have a background in finish carpentry, cabinetry, and millwork. Responsibilities- Perform carpentry and cabinet-making duties including cutting, assembling, and installing woodwork, cabinets, and millwork.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements to complete projects to specification.
- Install trim, doors, moldings, and custom cabinetry with precision and consistency.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery safely and effectively.
- Conduct inspections of completed work to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet project goals and timelines.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to company safety policies at all times.
- 1–2 years of carpentry experience required (cabinet-making experience strongly preferred).
- Strong understanding of finish carpentry, woodworking techniques, and millwork.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- High attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a strong work ethic.
- Work Days:
Monday through Friday (with occasional Saturdays as needed). - Hours:
Vary by project (typically between 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM). - Pay:
Starting at $23.00/hour, based on experience and skill level. - Breaks: 30-minute unpaid lunch break.
- Work Attire:
Pants, shirt, and work shoes (steel toe boots preferred). - Safety Equipment Provided:
Safety glasses, gloves, and ear protection. - Parking:
