MECHANIC HVAC

As part of our Engineering team, the HVAC‑R Mechanic is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing the resort’s heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. This role plays a critical part in upholding the safety, comfort, and quality standards our guests expect.

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems, including boilers, pumps, valves, and central plant equipment.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest maintenance requests in guest rooms and public areas.
• Maintain and repair laundry and valet equipment.
• Accurately record system readings (temperatures, pressures) and maintain detailed logs.
• Support electrical setups for events and resort functions.
• Partner with fellow team members to support the overall operation of the resort.

• HVAC/R Certification and EPA Universal Certification required.
• Hands‑on experience in HVAC/R maintenance and repair.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical and electrical systems.
• Working knowledge of chillers, boilers, air handlers, and related systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and system data.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to safety.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

• Hourly Rate: $47.50.
