Field Operations Manager - Office and Industrial Moves

LEAD FROM THE FIELD. DRIVE HIGH-IMPACT PROJECTS.

We are seeking a hands‑on Field Operations Manager to lead and execute Office and Industrial moving projects including FF&E installation and light handyman work. This role is fully onsite and field‑based – you will lead crews, solve problems in real time, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. Field Operations Manager (Office and Industrial Moves)

$62,400 – $72,800 (based on experience)

Exempt

• Responsible for the daily field operations (office and industrial moves) at Royal Hawaiian Movers.
• Lead and supervise crews performing:
  • Office and industrial relocations
  • FF&E installation
• Manage projects from:
  • Disassembly
  • Transport
  • Installation
  • Completion
• Perform and oversee:
  • Light handyman work, assembly, mounting, and adjustments
• Ensure:
  • Projects are completed on time and within scope
  • High standards for safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
  • Minimal damages and strong crew performance
• Communicate with dispatch/office regarding schedules, scope changes, and job progress.
• Step in and work alongside crew members when needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in one of more:
  • Commercial moving
  • Office furniture installation (FF&E)
  • Field operations, logistics, or similar
• Proven experience leading or supervising crews.
• Valid Hawaii Driver's License (minimum of 3 years).
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
• Strong problem‑solving skills in fast‑paced, on‑site environments.
• Ability to lift, carry, and work in physically demanding environments.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to lead by example.

• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds unassisted.
• Must be able to pass background check and drug screening (including marijuana, medical marijuana, and THC).
