Automotive Service Technician

What You'll Do

• Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with Lithia and manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose cause of malfunction.
• Complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements.
• Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work.
• Document work performed on repair order, record test procedures, results & time, per company recording & clocking procedures.
• Maintain an inventory of normal mechanics tools.

• Prior automotive repair experience.
• 2+ years ASE and manufacturer certification. Desired: additional certifications.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license.

This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, including bonuses based on production productivity. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
