Position Title
MAINTENANCE __ General
Schedule8 hours per day
Reports ToDirector/Asst Director Maintenance
Position SummaryAssist in maintaining heating and cooling equipment for the district; perform general maintenance duties in the district.
Qualifications / Education- Ability to read and write.
- Ability to perform moderate to heavy manual labor.
- Ability to perform daily tasks with minimum supervision.
- Ability to operate power equipment.
- Ability to work well with others.
- Ability to follow written directions.
- Demonstrated aptitude for the work to be performed.
- Valid Missouri Driver's License.
- Assist in the repair and install of all kitchen equipment such as stoves, freezers, coolers, ovens, etc.
- Assist in the repair of existing and installation of new plumbing, gas, and electric service in buildings.
- Assist in the repair of old and installation of new underground gas, electric, water, and sewer lines.
- Operate backhoe, dump truck, lift truck, and other equipment to perform jobs listed above.
- Effectively communicate and work well with students, parents, support, and instructional staff.
- Perform duties assigned by supervisors.
