Carpenter, Trades ​/ Skilled Labor

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and skilled Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with residential and/or commercial construction, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. This position involves building, installing, repairing, and finishing a variety of wood and other construction materials while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

• Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood and other building materials.
• Install framing, doors, windows, trim, cabinetry, and other finish carpentry components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely.
• Inspect completed work to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with supervisors, subcontractors, and team members to complete projects on schedule.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

• Minimum of 2–5 years of carpentry experience preferred.
• Knowledge of residential and/or commercial construction methods.
• Ability to read blueprints and construction plans.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions.
• OSHA certification is a plus but not required.
