Simon Property Group is seeking a maintenance technician to troubleshoot, repair and perform preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing systems and building structures at the International Market Place in Hawaii.
The role requires 2–3 years of building maintenance experience across carpentry, HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing functions, with the ability to read plans, work independently and follow OSHA safety standards.
