Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot BAS, HVACR systems and related mechanical/electrical equipment;
Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, manuals, and blueprints to diagnose issues;
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on commercial kitchen equipment, fans, motors, and sensors;
Operate and program Building Automation Systems (BAS/DDC) and VFD controls;
Ensure safety practices and compliance with OSHA, NFPA, NEC, and hospital codes; assist team to meet deadlines
