Simon Property Group’s International Market Place seeks a skilled building maintenance technician to service HVAC, electrical, plumbing and structural systems. You will perform inspections, diagnose issues, and execute preventive maintenance while maintaining safety compliance and logs.
You will also handle minor repairs such as painting, lighting, belts, and filter changes, assist with event setups, and coordinate with Marketing and Local Leasing as needed.
