Perform forecourt maintenance focusing on fuel dispensing equipment and underground storage tank-top equipment; service POS and tank-monitoring systems; complete general backcourt maintenance including carpentry, plumbing, and lighting; conduct monthly facility walk-throughs to identify deficiencies and coordinate third-party repairs; maintain required training/certifications; conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment; communicate safety, security, or compliance issues to supervisor; complete maintenance tasks professionally and safely;
process work orders and update dispatch system; participate in on-call rotation for 24/7/365 coverage; perform special projects as assigned.
