Hawaiian Building Maintenance (HBM) is seeking a qualified Maintenance Technician Floater to perform general maintenance and repairs across facilities and grounds, at multiple locations in Honolulu. The role requires a valid driver’s license, a reliable vehicle, and hands-on experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and drywall.
You will work with property managers and teams, drive between sites, and follow EPA, Hazmat, and OSHA safety standards.
