Maintenance Technician II (Wisteria Vista and Birch Street- 1566 ​/ 1564

This is a full‑time Maintenance Technician II position at Wisteria Vista (91 units) and Birch Street (52 units), both affordable housing communities in Honolulu, HI. The role requires repairing and maintaining most items on a property without outside vendor assistance. A Maintenance Technician II typically works at a property with 100+ units.

• Lock and key replacement and repair, including weather stripping, door and window functioning, and locks.
• Interior repairs related to walls and doors.
• Electrical repairs, including fixtures, lights, plugs and switches.
• Change AC filters, check coils, and clean and repair as necessary.
• Perform annual unit inspections.
• Ensure the turnover of units within 5 days.

• High School/GED or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• 2+ years of related apartment maintenance experience.
• Knowledge and skills in plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance.
• Valid driver’s license, clean DMV record, and reliable transportation.
• HVAC certification is a plus.
