About THIS OPPORTUNITY:As our Drywall & Paint Helper, you will be the face of our finishing work to the clients. Your primary focus is assisting the crew and delivering high-quality, polished results while fostering clear communication and maintaining a professional presence. This position offers a perfect balance of consistency, meaningful work, and long-term skill development - ideal for a detail-oriented professional committed to building a great career in drywall and paint repair.
The Drywall & Paint Helper role is intended to be a full-time hourly position, based at the job site, reports to the Project Lead, and works closely with the rest of the onsite team. While prior experience in Drywall & Paint repair is preferred, we are also open to motivated individuals with no prior experience who are eager to learn.
Key Duties and Responsibilities :Assist with hanging, taping, patching, and finishing drywall
Help with paint repairs and blending to match surrounding finishes
Install and remove dust and debris protection daily
Support resetting vanities, cabinets, and light fixtures as needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Communicate clearly with project leads, teammates, and residents
Follow safety protocols and company quality standards
Build and maintain productive relationships with co-workers, clients, and subcontractors

Key Requirements :1+ year of experience preferred , but open to candidates with any relevant experience in the construction field
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
Team player with a positive "no job is too big or too small" attitude
Must be able to regularly lift and carry 50-100 lbs., walk regularly, and climb steps occasionally
Must be 18+, authorized to work in the US
Salary Range: $22 - $25 per hour based upon experience and qualifications
