Hawaii Health & Harm Reduction Center in Honolulu seeks a Youth Services Navigator to connect LGBTI+ youth experiencing homelessness with housing, health care, and community resources. You will conduct outreach, perform intake, referrals, and coordinate with our Mobile Crisis unit.
This full-time, non-exempt role requires evening and weekend outreach, strong crisis-intervention skills, and the ability to work with diverse populations.
