Licensed Social Worker

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual and onsite counseling, crisis intervention, and resource referrals to users and staff
• Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop care and safety plans
• Collaborate with product, customer success, and HR teams to integrate mental health support into the platform and workplace
• Develop digital educational content on wellness, resilience, and work-life balance
• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation in electronic systems
• Support vulnerable users navigating online business and financial stressors
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to align services with product roadmap
• Monitor outcomes and feedback to improve social work programs and workflows
• Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards
• Provide training and consultation on mental health and trauma-informed practices
