Family Promise of Hawaii is seeking an Intake Specialist to serve as the first contact for families seeking assistance. You will manage inquiries, determine eligibility, and refer to appropriate programs, using CES/HMIS systems and internal trackers to ensure continuity of services.
Collaborating with the Family Support Coordinator, you will conduct in-person intakes, collect required documentation, and coordinate referrals.
