Job Summary: Domino's Pizza is hiring delivery drivers for store locations. Drivers deliver orders, assist in store operations, and provide customer service.

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
• Comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
• Perform basic math accurately and quickly.
• Make correct monetary change.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen.
• Navigate within the designated delivery area, including adverse terrain.
• Deliver product by car, including flyers and door hangers.

Orientation and on‑the‑job training provided.

• Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash, performing outside tasks, delivering product, driving and couponing.
• In‑store temperatures range from 36°F to 90°F and above in some work areas; sudden changes in temperature may occur.
• Exposure to fumes, cornmeal dust, cramped quarters, hot surfaces up to 500°F.
• Sharp edges, moving mechanical parts.

Sensing: Talking and hearing on telephone; near and mid‑range vision for most in‑store tasks; depth perception; ability to differentiate hot and cold surfaces; far vision and night vision for driving.

Temperaments: Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet quality control standards, deal with people, analyze data, make judgments and decisions.

• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
• Ability to read a map and locate addresses within designated delivery area.
• Ability to navigate adverse terrain, including multi‑story buildings.

• Standing: tasks performed from standing position on tiled or linoleum surfaces; work surfaces 36″–48″.
• Walking: short distances for short durations; delivery personnel must travel between the store and vehicle and to customer.
• Sitting: paperwork normally completed at desk or table.
• Lifting: bulk product deliveries (up to 50 lbs) using hand truck; cases up to 3′×1.5″.
• Carrying: large cans (~3.3 lbs), pizza sauce (30 lbs), trays of dough (3 at a time, ~12 lbs each); carry while walking and climbing.
• Pushing: push trays on dollies (~24–30″ long); force up to 7.5 lbs.
• Pulling: trays may also be pulled.
• Climbing: navigate stairs or ladder; may need to climb five or more flights during delivery.
• Stooping/Bending: forward bending at waist (30–45 seconds at a time) at pizza assembly station; toe room present; knees cannot flex at station.
• Crouching/Squatting: occasionally to stock shelves or clean low areas.
• Reaching: continuous up, down, forward; reach above 72″ to turn oven controls, change sign prices, lift/lower objects; reach down to scoop cornmeal or wash dishes; reach forward for topping ingredients, cleaning, answering phones.
• Driving: deliver pizzas within designated area; may make several deliveries per shift.
• Tools: use pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter, pizza peel.
• Requires: valid driver’s license and insured vehicle.
