AlohaHP Workforce Solutions is actively seeking dependable, skilled, and safety-driven CDL Drivers to join our growing logistics and transportation team. Whether you hold a Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License, we offer steady, full-time work in a team environment that values precision, professionalism, and accountability.

This position places you at the center of our operational success-ensuring timely, secure delivery of materials, supporting job site logistics, and representing our company values with every stop.

• Operate company trucks safely and efficiently across multiple job sites
• Pick up materials from vendors (e.g., Home Depot) and deliver them to crews
• Load, secure, and unload freight in compliance with safety procedures
• Support job sites by assisting with general labor, material handling, and cleanup
• Help remove construction debris and transport it to appropriate dumpster/disposal areas
• Maintain vehicle condition reports and perform basic inspections
• Communicate clearly with dispatchers, project supervisors, and team leads
• Represent AlohaHP with professionalism both on the road and at every site

• Valid CDL (Class A or
  
  B)
• Valid DOT Medical Card (Medical Examiner's Certificate)
• Clean driving record with current driver's license
• Minimum 2 years of professional driving and/or warehouse experience
• Able to lift and carry 25+ lbs consistently, and up to 70 lbs as needed
• Familiarity with Oʻahu roadways and basic delivery logistics
• Strong communication skills and a reliable, team-focused mindset
• Forklift or heavy equipment operation experience is a plus, but not required

AlohaHP enforces strict safety protocols. All drivers must arrive fully equipped with their own PPE, including:

• Hard hat
• High-visibility long sleeve shirt
• Long work pants
• Steel-toe boots
• Safety gloves and glasses
• Back support (if needed)

Phone use while driving is strictly prohibited, and adherence to all road safety regulations is required at all times.
