Persons employed as a Terminal and Pipeline Operator is expected to:
Operates valves and manifolds for vessel off‑loading and ensures required procedures are followed as required by the company and USCG.

ResponsibilitiesThe following are essential to the job, in addition to those listed above and on the chart in this description. Certain functions may be performed in varying weather and environmental conditions, such as precipitation, extreme temperatures, jet engine fumes, dust, and noise. The tasks are performed inside and outside near stationary and moving aircraft (including spinning propellers and engines).
- Operates valves and manifolds for vessel off‑loading and ensures required procedures are followed as required by the company and USCG.
- Operates valves and manifolds for product receipt from supplies via pipeline tanker or barge deliveries.
- Maintains department operations reports and records.
- Participates in emergency response drills.
- Performs janitorial and ground maintenance functions.
- Complies with the station's attendance/tardiness policy.
To qualify for this position, applicants and those in the roles must have:
- Minimum of 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass background checks (criminal and motor vehicle), drug tests, receive and maintain issuance of an airport security badge, and be insurable by the company's insurance policies.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment.
- Maintains a valid Driver's License with a clear driving abstract for the past 3 years and other FFA Airport required identification/seals or authorization.
- High School Diploma or general education experience and/or training (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to read and write in English and perform basic math calculations; specifically, the ability to comprehend measurements to report fuel storage can consumption levels.
- Must be able to lift 50-100lbs on occasion.
- Must be able to provide documentation necessary to apply for and receive a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) card. To be eligible for a TWIC card, the TSA requires documents to verify U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent resident status.
