The Transporter is responsible for safely and securely transporting cannabis products between Noa Botanicals’ cultivation site, dispensaries, and production facilities. This role ensures timely deliveries, accuracy of all orders, and compliance with state and company regulations. In addition to transportation duties, the Transporter may assist other departments as needed and as directed by management. The Transporter reports directly to the Director of Inventory and leadership team.

• Plan and coordinate transportation routes to ensure timely product delivery
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles; report mechanical concerns promptly
• Strictly adhere to all State of Hawai‘i laws and Department of Health regulations regarding cannabis transportation
• Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company driving policies at all times while operating a company vehicle
• Adhere to company security protocols to safeguard products in transit
• Verify product type and quantity before loading/unloading
• Maintain accurate documentation (delivery schedules, manifests, inspection records)
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, supervisors, and team members; report delays/issues quickly
• Follow all safety protocols, including PPE usage, while loading/unloading and driving
• Interact professionally with dispensary or distribution center staff at delivery sites
• Learn and follow emergency response protocols during transport
• Represent Noa Botanicals professionally at all times
• Assist other departments as directed by management to support business needs

• Working knowledge of Hawai‘i laws and regulations related to medical cannabis
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment
• Team player with excellent communication and people skills

• Valid, unexpired driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Minimum 21 years of age (per Hawai’i state statute)
• Must be and remain compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the cannabis industry
• Minimum of 21 years of age as required by state statute.
• DOH clearance and fingerprinting (per Hawai’i state statute)
• High School Diploma or GED required

• Ability to lift, push & pull 50 pounds (100 pounds with assistance)
• Ability to sit, squat, bend & kneel repetitively throughout and 8–10-hour workday
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Must have reliable transportation and flexibility in scheduling
• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19

• Work Schedule: Varies;
  Monday - Friday; 7:30a – 4p (weekends & holidays as needed)
