Pay Range:

$23-26/hour

Position

Schedule:

11am-7pm, Monday-Friday with weekend overtime opportunities

What you’ll be doing :

Receive, load, unload, and move freight using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual handling
Inspect shipments, verify piece counts, and ensure proper labeling and documentation
Secure freight for safe transport using straps, tarps, and other equipment
Operate warehouse equipment and support cross-dock operations
Enter shipment data and maintain accurate records in company systems
Participate in hands‑on training to prepare for driving responsibilities
Transition into local delivery driving duties as part of the Dock to Driver program

To succeed in this role, you’ll need these skills:

Strong focus on safety and following procedures
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, physically active warehouse environment
Attention to detail when handling freight and documentation
Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Basic computer skills for data entry and system use
Willingness to learn and grow into a driving role

And these qualifications:

High school diploma or GED
Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
Ability and willingness to obtain a Class 4 Driver’s License through company training
Must be at least 21 years of age
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform frequent physical movement (standing, lifting, bending, etc.)

Extra credit if you have:

Previous warehouse, freight, or logistics experience
Experience operating forklifts or other material‑handling equipment
Exposure to transportation or delivery operations
