Flight Crew Planner
Position Summary:
The Flight Crew Planner is directly responsible to the Director of Flight Operations for performing all aspects of Crew Planning and Scheduling in accordance with Federal Aviation Regulations, Company policies, and Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA). To perform this job successfully, an individual must be capable of performing each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Duties:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test, 5-year background check, 10-year criminal history check and security threat assessment.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1-year Logistical Personnel Scheduling experience required.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Aviation industry and knowledge of Part 121 FAA Regulations is preferred.
- Experience with Crew Management Software preferred.
- Must be detail oriented and possess the ability to prioritize duties under pressure and meet contractual deadlines.
Confidentiality and strong attention to detail and follow-through is required. Language
Skills:
- Must have ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from crew members and management with tact and professionalism.
- Demonstrate effective communication skills.
Mathematical
Skills:
- Exceptional math skills are required.

Compensation:
This position has a starting range of $24.75 to $28.00 per hour.
