- Allocate vehicle and job assignments to drivers.
- Coordinate activities of operators of motor coaches, mini buses, and trolleys to transport passengers according to schedule.
- Maintain log of scheduled runs, number of vehicles, and names of drivers.

- Review the Saucon GPS system monitor on a regular basis to track the fleet movements.

- Must possess at least one (1) to two (2) years' work experience. Travel/hospitality or related industry work experience preferred.
- Must be able to speak, read and write in English;
Japanese speaking ability preferred. - Possess knowledge of the tour industry, tour movements, and arrangements; have understanding of Japanese culture and etiquette.
- Able to plan, organize, and assign the activities of the drivers.
- Possess accurate math skills including usage of 10-key calculator, including able to compute rates, ratios, and percentages.
- Possess valid Hawaii driver's license with clean abstract.
- High School diploma.
- Must possess at least one (1) to two (2) years' work experience. Travel/hospitality or related industry work experience preferred.

Working Hours
- Full-time, up to 40 hours per week, Sunday to Saturday, or as deemed necessary. Shift work based on business needs.
- Regular attendance at the workplace is required.
- Air-conditioned office area.
- Must be flexible to work at the airport or other venues as needed where conditions may vary.
- May be subject to varying weather conditions, but not limited to noise, pollution, dust, fumes and vehicle exhaust.
Saucon GPS monitor, computer, facsimile, copier, telephones, two-way radios, cellular phones, and other general office equipment and machines.
Physical & Mental Demands- Able to learn dispatch operations, including work schedule for each shift.
- Able to follow specific instructions and work with established procedures, maintaining reliable work attendance.
