As a Delivery Driver
, you will be responsible for safely transporting materials, tools, and equipment between our warehouse, suppliers, and active job sites, while also supporting day-to-day warehouse operations. Your primary focus is ensuring the right materials arrive at the right place on time, while keeping the warehouse organized, safe, and efficient. The Delivery Driver role requires the demonstrated ability to work carefully, communicate effectively, follow safety protocols, and maintain a professional appearance. This role is intended to be a full-time hourly position, based out of our Oahu warehouse, reports to the Warehouse Manager and Operations Manager, and works closely with the rest of the operations team.

• Pick up and deliver materials across multiple trades – plumbing (pipe, fittings, fixtures), carpentry (lumber, hardware, fasteners), and drywall (sheetrock, joint compound, tape) – as well as tools and equipment
• Know where to source materials for each trade – which suppliers/vendors carry and where to go when somethings needed urgently
• Safely load, transport, and unload materials, tools, and equipment between the warehouse, suppliers, and job sites using proper lifting techniques
• Perform pre-and post-trip vehicle inspections; report maintenance issues promptly
• Maintain accurate delivery logs, packing slips, and material tracking records, delivery confirmations, material receipts, and mileage logs
• Foster and develop productive relationships including with Project Managers, other departments, clients, subcontractors, and vendors to support the business needs
• Keep the warehouse tidy and presentable, including general upkeep and light housekeeping
• Monitor and order warehouse supplies as needed to keep operations running smoothly

• 2+ years of delivery driving experience
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude
• Able to lift 50–100 lbs regularly
• Comfortable using basic warehouse equipment (hand trucks, pallet jacks, etc.)
• 18+ years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Pass background check and drug screening
• Reliable transportation to the warehouse
• Must already reside in the state of Hawaii

Salary Range: $22 - $28 per hour based upon experience and qualifications
