Air Terminal Shift Manager

Serves as an Air Terminal Shift Manager, responsible for managing and directing operational activities of military and civilian personnel who perform aircraft dispatch, load planning, and ramp controller duties pertinent to air terminal internal control and mission support of originating, transiting, and terminating aircraft.

Represents the Commander and Operations Officer by personally resolving the difficult problems encountered during mission execution.

Identifies and coordinates air terminal operational requirements with internal and external support agencies.

Performs support duties and functions. Provides mentoring and assists/participates in on-the-job training (OJT) of newly assigned military and civilian employees.
