Dal‑Tile, a subsidiary of Mohawk Industries, is seeking a Warehouse Associate II to perform material handling duties including receiving, loading/unloading, pulling/assembling customer orders, inventory checks, and the daily use of forklift equipment.
Compensation- Expected base pay between $37,000 and $46,000 per year at commencement of employment.
- Additional compensation may include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, and other short‑ and long‑term incentive packages.
- Sign on Bonus: $1,250 paid after 30 days.
- Perfect Attendance Bonus: $750 paid at 90 days and at 6 months.
- Perform a variety of warehouse duties such as pulling/assembling customer orders, checking outbound orders for accuracy/completeness, inventory stock checks, restocking and labeling vendor products, moving, storing, and replenishing material, and conducting daily cycle counts.
- Handle receiving duties such as receiving, unloading inbound material, processing inbound shipments and stock material, processing customer returns, and notifying management of damaged shipments for freight claims.
- Maintain a clean and organized facility, including sweeping, trash removal, restroom, and general office maintenance.
- Support customers and prepare sales slips as needed.
- Maintain a safe working environment by obeying all safety rules outlined in the Safety Program and reporting accidents, unsafe conditions, or incidents to management.
- Perform other related duties as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of previous warehouse experience preferred.
- Basic math skills, strong organization and customer service skills, fluency in English, detail‑oriented, and safety‑conscious.
- Regularly required to stand, use hands, and reach with hands and arms.
- Required to walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- May sit, climb, balance, talk, or hear; specific vision abilities required include close vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
