The Warehouse Coordinator oversees the day‑to‑day operations of the Goodmerch warehouse. Responsibilities include driving and managing the following – receiving, shipping, fulfillment, and coordinating deliveries. This role requires proactive leadership to manage the warehouse, communicate with team members and clients while upholding operational excellence.

• Tracking & Receiving
• Communication: Communicates with sales, production/orders teams about orders
• Scheduling: Create and manage the delivery schedule

• Fulfillment: Oversee the fulfillment process.
• Vehicle Upkeep: Schedule routine appointments to keep the delivery van in optimal working condition and appearance.
• Warehouse Maintenance: Ensure the warehouse is clean and organized.

• Delivery: Deliver orders to our clients representing our company values in the best possible way.
