Position OverviewWarehouse Associates keep operations running smoothly by receiving, organizing, and safely loading materials with precision and pride. Join a fast‑paced, hands‑on team that values integrity, reliability, and career growth.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service to customers entering the warehouse.
- Maintain a high level of customer focus in producing quality products and services.
- Maintain a full understanding of all products by identification, weight, and size.
- Perform minor building maintenance when necessary.
- Receive, organize, and move incoming materials and load outgoing materials.
- Allocate and move material to its correct place and always ensure an orderly warehouse.
- Maintain packing specifications and make suitable skids/pallets.
- Participate in monthly and/or annual physical inventories.
- Offload containers and flat racks.
- Assist inventory coordinator with cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA requirements.
- Use proper lifting techniques.
- Wear appropriate personal protective equipment, safety shoes, and clothing.
- Attend and participate in all required company training programs.
- Frequent use of hands and arms for equipment operation, grasping, and manipulation.
- Occasional operation of forklift or other similar equipment for multiple hours a day.
- Occasional pushing, pulling, lifting or carrying approximately 100 lbs. utilizing proper lifting procedures.

- Other duties as assigned.
- Building supply warehouse experience strongly preferred.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience and/or training.
Reports to:
Branch Manager.
Base: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour. Full‑time position with competitive pay and benefits.
