Positions Available
  • Inventory Clerk
    :
    Monday-Friday 7AM-3:30PM, Pay starting at $23.67 with potential for up to $26.90.
  • Warehouse Associate (Days):
    Monday-Friday 6AM-3:30PM, Pay starting at $21.50 with potential for up to $24.73.
  • Warehouse Associate (Nights):
    Sunday 3:30PM-Finish, Monday-Thursday 4:30PM-Finish, Pay starting at $21.50 with potential for up to $26.73.
Responsibilities Warehouse Associate
  • Order fulfillment – stocking, restocking, picking and packing, and outbound shipping of customer orders.
  • Perform daily cycle counting and research discrepancies.
  • Use equipment to track, monitor and verify products for distribution.
  • Maintain a clean work area to keep pharmaceutical products and merchandise clean and help prevent work related injuries.
  • Verify product received against receiving documents, notes and report any obvious damages (dependent on shift assignment).
  • Perform related duties as assigned.
Inventory Clerk
  • Accurately counts bulk merchandise in primary warehouse locations.
  • Performs appropriate adjustments on inventory levels.
  • Researches discrepancies as it relates to inventory levels, as needed.
  • Requests return authorizations, pulls product, packages and ships returns and recalls.
  • Provides internal and external customer support.
  • Assists with physical inventory.
  • Provides support for DSCSA requirements as needed.
  • Develops and implements new processes and procedures when necessary.
  • Supports the Inventory Department with tasks such as placing purchase orders, writing narcotic blanks, monitoring service levels and breaking down deals.
  • Complies with all appropriate policies, procedures, safety rules and DEA regulations.
  • Must be able to work overtime when necessary and participate in physical inventory.
  • Performs related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Work Experience: Warehouse, Distribution, or Inventory experience preferred (1 year or less).
  • Skills: Able to work in a climate-controlled facility; ability to read and understand English; fast‑paced environment; motivated, hard‑working and dependable; punctuality and attendance critical; ability to work shift hours with overtime; perform repetitive and manual tasks.
  • Nice to have:
    Able to work with RF scanning equipment.
Physical Requirements
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively; products vary in weight and size.
  • Comfortable walking up to 8 miles per shift.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Full Time Salary Range

$29,600 - $54,340*

* This Salary Range reflects a National Average for this job. The actual range may vary based on your locale. Ranges in Colorado/California/Washington/New York/Hawaii/Vermont/Minnesota/Massachusetts/Illinois State-specific locations may be up to 10% lower than the minimum salary range, and 12% higher than the maximum salary range.
