Warehouse Associate

The Hawaii Distribution Center (HDC) Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse and delivery operations to ensure products are handled, stored, and delivered safely, accurately, and efficiently. This role includes operating a company vehicle to complete deliveries and pickups, as well as performing core warehouse functions such as receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment. Success in this position requires safe work practices, sound judgment, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining accurate inventory and organized work spaces.

• Safely operate a company vehicle to complete deliveries and pickups while using good judgment and following all traffic and safety laws.
• Load, unload, and transport products safely and efficiently, handling materials weighing up to 60 lbs.
• Maintain accurate records of all deliveries, pickups, and inventory movements, demonstrating strong attention to detail.
• Receive, stock, organize, and prepare products for inbound and outbound shipments.
• Support inventory accuracy through proper handling, verification, and reporting of discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse and vehicle.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including an electric pallet jack; forklift operation is a plus if certified.
• Communicate professionally and demonstrate reliability, integrity, and accountability in all duties.

• Valid Driver's License (Class
  3) with a good driving record

• Demonstrated ability to drive safely and exercise good judgment while operating a vehicle.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly with inventory accuracy and recordkeeping.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 60 lbs
  .
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Previous delivery or warehouse experience.
