Warehouse Associate

Responsibilities

• Manage the receipt, unloading and organization of mission critical supplies.
• Maintain our inventory database through data entry of received and consumed items.
• Coordinate stock-related duties, including returning, packing, and labeling supplies as needed.
• Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies and report those to accounting for reimbursements and record keeping.
• Monitor kit consumption, ensuring timely replenishment.
• Conduct inventory cycle counts to ensure inventory level accuracy.

• 2+ years of experience in warehouse in a manufacturing environment.
• Physical ability to frequently lift and carry materials weighing up to 25 pounds, and occasionally up to 80 lbs.
• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

The Bay Area hourly wage for this role is $24-$26.50 plus pre-IPO stock options and benefits. This position is on-site in Menlo Park, CA. The hourly wage will be adjusted based on the experience of the employee.
