Warehouse Loader (Full Time/Part Time) - Pepsi Co $18-$26/hr

Description: Pepsi Co is seeking Warehouse Workers to work in distribution centers loading, unloading, picking, packing, and moving beverage products for delivery routes. Employees must follow company safety procedures, warehouse guidelines, and productivity standards to ensure orders are prepared accurately and on time. This position typically pays $18 to $26 per hour, with opportunities for overtime pay, shift differential pay for overnight shifts, weekend pay, and performance or attendance bonuses depending on shift and location.

Both full‑time and part‑time positions are commonly available.

Responsibilities:

• Build pallets and shrink‑wrap them.
• Pick orders using pick sheets or handheld scanners.
• Load and unload delivery trucks and incoming shipments.
• Move and transport products using pallet jacks or forklifts.
• Organize inventory, clean work areas, and maintain warehouse organization.
• Perform physically active tasks including frequent lifting, bending, and moving throughout the shift.
