Field Operations & Logistics Assistant Part-Time | 15–20 Hours Per Week | Company Vehicle Provided Position Summary

The Field Operations & Logistics Assistant supports the company’s daily field operations by completing errands, maintaining inventory, monitoring site readiness, and ensuring company vehicles and job sites have the supplies and equipment needed for successful operations.

This is a hands‑on position that requires regular driving, organization, dependability, and strong follow-through. The individual will travel between company locations, client sites, vendors, and other designated locations using a company vehicle.

The position is expected to begin as a part‑time role averaging approximately 15–20 hours per week. Based on company needs, performance, dependability, and demonstrated ability, this position may develop into a full‑time opportunity.

Key Responsibilities Company Errands and Deliveries
  • Complete company errands, deliveries, drop‑offs, and pickups in a timely and professional manner.
  • Pick up company orders, uniforms, equipment, office supplies, merchandise, and other operational materials.
  • Complete merchandise exchanges and returns as directed.
  • Deliver supplies, documents, uniforms, equipment, and other items to company locations, employees, and client sites.
  • Retrieve company mail, packages, and orders when assigned.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for purchases, returns, receipts, deliveries, and completed errands.
Site Readiness and Support
  • Conduct routine visits to assigned job sites to ensure they are clean, organized, properly stocked, and prepared for company personnel.
  • Inspect site supply areas, equipment storage, and company‑designated work spaces.
  • Identify missing, damaged, low‑stock, or improperly stored items.
  • Restock water, office supplies, sanitation supplies, reporting materials, and other site‑specific items.
  • Report maintenance concerns, supply shortages, safety issues, equipment problems, or site conditions requiring management attention.
  • Help ensure each site reflects company standards for organization, professionalism, safety, and readiness.
  • Interact respectfully and professionally with clients, employees, vendors, and members of the public.
Vehicle Readiness
  • Inspect assigned company vehicles to ensure they are stocked with required supplies and operational materials.
  • Restock safety equipment, reporting supplies, forms, water, cleaning products, emergency items, and other approved vehicle inventory.
  • Check vehicles for cleanliness, visible damage, missing equipment, or maintenance concerns.
  • Report vehicle concerns promptly to the appropriate company leader.
  • Assist with transporting vehicles for scheduled maintenance, cleaning, inspections, repairs, or other authorized services.
  • Maintain accountability for company vehicle keys, fuel cards, equipment, and supplies.
Inventory and Supply Support
  • Assist with receiving, organizing, labeling, tracking, and distributing company inventory.
  • Conduct basic inventory counts and notify leadership when items need to be reordered.
  • Help maintain organized storage areas for uniforms, equipment, office supplies, safety materials, and company merchandise.
  • Assist with preparing supply orders for new employees, job sites, company vehicles, and special events.
  • Track items that are issued, transferred, returned, damaged, or missing.
  • Support company asset‑tagging and inventory‑control procedures.
  • Help ensure inventory records remain accurate and up to date.
General Operations Support
  • Assist the operations and administrative teams with special assignments, company events, office organization, and field projects.
  • Help prepare equipment, supplies, and materials for new site launches and special events.
  • Communicate regularly with leadership regarding completed tasks, delays, shortages, concerns, and follow‑up needs.
  • Use company communication and tracking systems as required.
  • Follow company procedures regarding receipts, purchases, fuel usage, vehicle use, inventory, and client property.
  • Perform other reasonable duties that support company operations and field readiness.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
