A leading industrial distribution and supply company is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory management, shipping and receiving, and warehouse staff. What You'll Be Doing:
- Oversee all warehouse operations including receiving, inventory, shipping, and distribution
- Lead, train, coach, and develop warehouse personnel
- Manage inventory accuracy and cycle counts
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments
- Support order fulfillment, staging, and material movement
- Monitor warehouse performance and KPI goals
- Implement and improve warehouse processes and procedures
- Oversee warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety
- Work closely with sales, purchasing, and operations teams to meet customer needs
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment as needed [WIS - WH MGR | Word]
We're Looking For:
- 3-5 years of warehouse management experience
- Prior warehouse operations experience required
- Experience with warehouse management systems and inventory control
- Knowledge of shipping, receiving, and distribution operations
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience coaching and managing warehouse teams
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
- Forklift experience preferred
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and inventory systems [WIS - WH MGR | Word]
