Columbia Gorge Family Medicine is looking for an exceptional family medicine PA to join our team. We are a physician-owned clinic of 5 family physicians, 4 advanced care practitioners, and an outstanding administrative and clinical support team. SkillsCertified PA with the ability to be licensed and credentialed to practice in Oregon
Fluency in Spanish strongly preferred (not required) - additional bilingual skills pay available for those who qualify
Family medicine, pediatrics, older adults, and acute care
4 days/week in clinic, 8-hour shifts
1 Saturday/mo rotating (we give you a "Saturday exchange" day off in the adjacent week)
1 day/week paid administrative (does not require being in clinic)
Oregon Health Care Provider Loan Repayment Program Eligible (up to $50,000/year for 3 years)
$5,000 signing/relocation bonus
Base salary + bonus structure
Over 4 weeks of paid time off plus holidays to start, with increased PTO starting after 2 years
Potential for profit sharing
401k employer contributions
Medical, vision, and dental insurance including HSA and FSA options
Malpractice insurance and CME allowance
