Focus Staff is seeking a travel nurse Registered Nurse Supervisor to manage staff, oversee patient care, and ensure adherence to established policies and procedures, and recruit and train new personnel. The assignment is in Hood River, Oregon.

• BSN from accredited nursing program and proper licensure
• Excellent communication skills with staff, physicians, patients, and families
• At least 2 years of experience

• Supervise all nursing and unit-based personnel on shift
• Create a safe and caring environment for patients, family, and staff
• Plan, develop, implement, evaluate, and monitor policies, procedures, budgets, and resource allocation
• Create continuous quality improvement initiatives and educational programs
• Allow for shared leadership to achieve departmental and organizational goals
• Provide nursing care as needed to patient population
• Ensure appropriate protocols and customer satisfaction
• All other responsibilities as needed
